WinMX Primary UDP Documentation:

The WinMX Primary UDP and TCP packets make up the core of the WinMX network. So for right now only a few packets can be released at this time. If you have more questions please ask in the forum.

Note:
. When looking in at the data information items ending with :N are null terminated.
. Even though file counts are 4 bytes, WinMX only allows up to 65535.
. Some Data sections are blank, which means you can send anything.

Add to Channel List:   (Used for getting your channel on the room list)
Type: 0x47
Sender: Client
Data: [Seed for Encrypt:4][Packet Type:1][Request Sequence ID:4][User Count:4][User
Limit:4][Room TCP Port:2][Room Name:S][Topic:S]
